INDIANA VEGAS SHAW
this is indiana and she's nineteen years old, just turned. as of now, college is her first 'real' education as she was home schooled by her parents for her entire school life. this was due to the fact her parents never settled down anywhere and were travelers; almost hippie-like. she was born here in new haven but the family moved on after a week or so and it was constantly like that. she had to learn to make friends and leave them behind. the thing is, she actually learned to love traveling and she doesn't know exactly why she accepted college. indiana is the lead singer of her band 'mindless catastrophe' which has been together since she was sixteen. she's somewhat rebellious and can be a trouble maker. she doesn't follow rules as much as she should but she does know they exist and she has been arrested once before - though it wasn't entirely her fault. she's on the insecure side both in different ways. she's actually suffering from bulimia but she's refusing help. but saying that, she's actually pretty vivacious and imaginative. she's always full of life and she has an open-mind to opportunities. indiana thinks of herself as considerate as she does care about others even if she hasn't been able to remain close to friends until now. she's impatient yet a good decision maker and she often runs from things that scare her - whether it's her fears or something else. indiana likes a good party and if there's one mentioned, she'll be there whether she's invited or not. she'll find a way; believe me. and on top of that, she likes being different. she doesn't follow trends and she pushes away her insecurities by being different. she wants to get back to traveling but she knows that college is important for her and so she's forcing herself to stay.
ELLE ACACIA TAYLOR
elle is twenty two years old and a junior at yale majoring in theatre studies as she plans to become an actress or director. she was born and raised in chicago and moved over to new haven when she was nearly nineteen so that she could start college. she mainly accepted yale because of her parents and the expectations they have of her and her older brother who is at university back in chicago. however, she loves college and actually wants to get somewhere in life as she is very aspirational. elle is from an upper class family but she's never let it get to her head at all. she is the most independent person you'll ever meet. she's diabetic but doesn't tend to mention it to people because she thinks it's not important and she's suffered with it for seven years now; so it's nothing new to her. elle is a very friendly, lively and soft natured girl. she'll welcome anyone and everyone into her life with a smile and she wants people to like her for who she is. she's very witty, outspoken and opinionated also. she likes to say things how they are and always offers her opinion when she feels it should be said. she knows how to work with people and is quite a team leader when she wants to be. with that comes her independence and her ability to challenge people. she's very good at making things different, fun and worthwhile and with that she has a certain charm about her. unfortunately, she has an explosive temper and she will snap at you if you piss her off or if you bitch about her or break her trust etc. she won't be trampled over. elle is an interesting person to know and she really is lovely.[/size][/font]
TRISTAN NOAH FORREST
meet tristan, a twenty one professional photographer who has lived here in new haven with his twin sister, ruby, since he was sixteen years old. he grew up in brooklyn, new york with his parents and sister but he considered his childhood to be somewhat awkward and frustrating. his parents were constantly fighting from when he was only two years old. he and his sister were always very close and they used to sit at the top of the stairs and listen for hours on end as their parents fought. it was when he was six that he caught his mother with another man and a few days later his father with another woman. this caused him to question things but he ignored it. tristan's concentration at school was bad and his grades slacked but he found love in photography. his parents divorced when he was thirteen and they attempted to split him and ruby up which started their rebellion. tristan partied and whatever else he could think of. He realised his sexuality when he was fourteen and purposely, on christmas Dcy, he told his parents straight out that he was bisexual and had in fact been sleeping with a guy. they naturally flipped much to his amusement. he dropped out of school at sixteen. so basically that brought him to new haven with ruby. tristan is often described in one word as a dork. he's a monsters inc fan hence the nickname sully. people believe he has adhd but he doesn't. he's just very hyperactive, full of energy all the time and always on the go. he loves telling jokes and pully pranks. he doesn't care much about what people think of him. he'll just have two words for you: fuck you. he's argumentative, very idiotic and impulsive. people see him as pretty flirty and he has been known as a ladies man but he also knows how to win over guys as well. tristan is rarely on time for things and has a habit of turning up to things without actually remembering he was supposed to be there. but even moreso, he's caring and affectionate and seen as that protective brother all girls want.[/size][/font]
