there's lots of pictures of minka & leighton together so i say they should be good friends. i think childhood friends could work well too if they grew up in the same town (: but definitely friends nonetheless.
an admiration friendship sounds good for adam and josie. he'd be sort of flattered that someone admires his hard work xD having the one-sided crush is fine too. he's not had luck with women so he doesn't pay much attention.
it's official, everyone has a fascination with the british accent. i'm a brit ;3
