so, here's harley. a bouncy, crazy kinda a girl who's slightly innocent in a way. she doesn't understand flirting, but her best friend and crush, frederick, very much does! she would spend a lot of time with this guy doing nothing more than talking and flirting and this is where frederick would get slightly jealous. of course, harley has no idea what's going on and frederick's jealousy confuses the bejesus out of her. now, i'm not sure whether or not harley would end up with this guy for a short period of time or not, we would just have to see what happens.
so yeah, anyone who wants to be harley's flirter, just post within^^
